Tube/Nail Knot

 

This is the tough one, that is gonna take practice for most, this is the most common knot for attaching the backing to the fly line and also used to attach the leader to the end of the fly line in Fresh water situations.

* Note* in attaching the leader to the end of fly line it is also common and more simplified to install a leader loop to the end of your fly line.
